Art Prints

All our art prints & canvas are made to order for our customers upon purchase, so once an order is placed, it is not possible to be refunded for change of mind.

We ask you to contact us to ask any questions before purchase is made and we will do our best to address your enquiry.

Due to differences in screen setting monitor colours may vary slightly & Boho Abode will not be held responsible in this instance as every effort it made to display products & colours accurately.

You have 14 days from the date received to notify us in the event your items are delivered faulty, damaged during shipping, or are different from how we have described them in the listing on our website we will issue a refund or replacement in accordance with the Australian Consumer & Competition Act requirements.

In the event you have received damaged or incorrect item/s, please contact us as soon as possible since the delivery of the goods by emailing us at bohoabodeinfo@gmail.com  

We will require photos as well as a description of the damage or issue.

Gift Cards are not eligible for a refund, they have no expiry.

Boho Abode Warranty:

We offer a 12 month product warranty on our framed items, this includes Canvases and Framed Prints only. Boho Abode is not liable if the framed artwork has been dropped, stored incorrectly, displayed in wet areas where damage has occurred or displayed in direct or bright sunlight and fading occurs.

Returns are accepted in accordance with the Australian Consumer & Competition Act requirements if the item is damaged, faulty or significantly different from what has been described.

For change of mind we offer a 3 day exchange period from arrival for a store credit, once the item have been returned in the same condition a gift card with the balance will be emailed for use on any item in our store.

Please note we do not offer free return shipping for change of mind. Please email us on bohoabodeinfo@gmail.com for the return address.

Please note: Cactus silk cushions cannot be wet, this information is in the product information on the website and a flyer is included with delivery explaining that these items are dry clean only. Wetting a cactus silk cushions will ruin the cushion. We do not accept any responsibility if your cushions is wet in your care.
